☆ We work at random times. We are not consistent. We often work a day and then take a break the next day, work the next day, take a break the next day, repeat.☆ Payment: ☆
☆ Payment will be made through PayPal.
☆ Before we start, we will take at least 50% of the payment upfront. It is non-refundable. Once the lineart is finished, we will take the rest of the payment.
☆ If we can not complete the commission, we will give you a partial refund, but we will keep at least 25%.
☆ A rush fee will be added to commissions that have a custom deadline, not provided by us.☆ Expected Behaviors from Client: ☆
☆ Please be as clear as possible with what you want.
☆ Make sure you add a place for contact (BlueSky, Discord, or email). If you do not, the commission will not be done.
☆ Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in the order being canceled with at least 50% non-refundable payment not being refunded.☆ References: ☆
☆ For illustrations, it's preferable to have a reference image of your character.
☆ For illustrations, we can also work of descriptions, moodboards, color palettes, and so on. The downside is that there will be a design fee based on complexity. They will be based on our custom prices, although possibly discounted.
☆ For customs, please explain or show what you want. Please provide a description, moodboard(s), color palettes(s), reference images.
☆ We will not make character-based character designs for you. Being inspired and taking at most a few elements is okay.☆ Process: ☆
☆ We will send you the sketch before we go on. If you approve, we will continue. You will get one complete revision during the sketch phase before we will charge you for complete revisions.
☆ We will send you work-in-progress shots of your work as we work on it for any revisions or anything.
☆ Revisions due to mistakes we make are free.☆ Usage: ☆
☆ Us, the artist, has the rights over the illustration UNLESS you pay for commercial use. For designs, the image is still ours, but the design is yours.
☆ We reserve the right to share pieces and designs on our social media.
☆ Any characters drawn's copyrights belong to the rightful owners.
☆ We reserve the right to show the process during streams, videos, recordings, etc.
☆ Please credit us if you share the images created.☆ Artwork Usage: ☆
You may:
☆ Use the image for non-commercial use.
☆ Print for personal use.
☆ Crop/resize the image for use on social media.
☆ Post on social media with visible credit.You may not:
☆ Claim the art as yours.
☆ Remove the watermark.
☆ Use the work for things such as cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI.
☆ Use the work for commercial purposes unless you paid for the rights to do so.
